Global Name Patches — "Win the Adventure Bundle" Giveaway

1. Promoter. The promoter is Global Name Patches, ABN 116 381 218 92, of PO Box 3031, North Turramurra, NSW 2074 ("the Promoter").
2. Eligibility. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, except employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and any agencies directly associated with this promotion. Entry is free — subscribing to the Promoter's email list costs nothing, and no purchase is necessary to enter or to win.
3. Promotional period. Entries open 12:00am AEDT, Thursday 24 September 2026 and close 11:59pm AEDT, 30 October 2026 ("the Entry Period").
4. How to enter.
   • 1 entry — Subscribe to the GNP email list via the pop-up or entry form on globalnamepatches.com.au, providing your name and email address. Subscribing is the entry — there is no separate "enter without subscribing" option. Capped at one (1) base entry per email address, regardless of how many times someone submits the form.
   • +5 bonus entries — Placed automatically for each qualifying order made on globalnamepatches.com.au during the Entry Period. Uncapped per order — a customer placing 3 orders during the Entry Period receives 15 bonus entries (3 × 5).
   • Existing subscribers as at the start of the Entry Period are automatically included with 1 entry; they do not need to re-subscribe.
5. The prize. One (1) Leatherman Wave Plus Multi-Tool and one (1) OLIGHT Baton 4 Pro 1600 Lumens Rechargeable Flashlight ("the Adventure Bundle"), total prize value approximately $360 AUD (RRP). The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If either item becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.
6. Winner selection. The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, weighted according to the entry tiers above, on Monday 2 November 2026 at the Promoter's registered address, PO Box 3031, North Turramurra NSW 2074.
7. Notification. The winner will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw. The winner must respond with confirmation and a shipping address within 5 business days of notification, or the prize may be forfeited and re-drawn from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Publication. The winner's first name and state will be published on globalnamepatches.com.au and/or GNP's social media channels within 14 days of the draw, in line with standard trade promotion practice.
9. Privacy. By entering, entrants consent to receive marketing communications from the Promoter, since subscribing to the email list is the entry mechanism itself — this is made clear at the point of entry, not buried in these terms. Entry information is collected to conduct and administer this promotion and for future marketing communications, in line with GNP's Privacy Policy and the Australian Spam Act 2003. Entrants may withdraw marketing consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email received; doing so does not affect their entry in this promotion, but forfeits eligibility for any future promotion that also requires subscription.
10. General. The Promoter's decision in all matters relating to this promotion is final. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries. This promotion is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Leatherman or OLIGHT.
