You can now order custom embroidered logo patches directly online. Upload your logo or artwork, choose your backing type, select your quantity pack and pick the patch shape that best suits your design.
Each order is custom embroidered to order. Your uploaded artwork will be reviewed for embroidery suitability only. We do not verify ownership or licensing of artwork.

How the online order process works
- Choose your backing type — sew-on or Velcro.
- Select your quantity pack.
- Choose your preferred patch shape.
- Upload your logo or artwork.
- Add any notes about colours, layout or production requirements.
Artwork note: The online preview is for display purposes only. Final embroidery layout, sizing and thread detail will be reviewed before production.
For complex logos, small text or detailed artwork, we may contact you before production if the design needs to be simplified for embroidery.
Artwork & Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission from the rights holder to have it reproduced. We review artwork for embroidery suitability only and do not verify ownership or licensing. Custom items must not be ordered for unauthorised resale or represented as official or licensed merchandise. Global Name Patches is not affiliated with, and orders do not imply endorsement by, any emergency service or agency. See Section 14A of our Terms of Service.
